Vodka Martini

Classic martini garnished with an olive, next to a shaker and glass of ice on a wooden surface.

Similar to its cousin, the gin martini but with vodka and is shaken. I find it is the ideal cocktail to cap the end of long week and kick off a leisurely weekend.

Ready

  • 2 ¾ oz vodka
  • 1-2 dashes vermouth
  • olive

    • Set

  • Glass: Cocktail
  • Shaker
  • Mixing glass
  • Strainer

    • Go!

  • Shake with cracked ice.
  • Strain into a chilled cocktail glass.
  • Add olive and serve.
