Dumplings

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup water
  • Saucepan
  • Combine flour and egg.
  • Add enough water to flour and egg mixture so that it is smooth, but when stirred dough pulls away from itself.
  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • With a teaspoon, put a small amount of dough into a pot of boiling water.
  • Cook about 5 minutes or until dumplings come to the top.
  • Strain and serve.
