Elegant cocktail garnished with lemon slice, fresh lemon wedges, Cointreau bottle, and cocktail shaker in cozy kitchen setting.

Attributed to Harry of Harry’s New York Bar, Paris, France. Named for a Captain that arrived in a chauffer-driven motorcycle with sidecar, just after the First World War.

Ready

  • 1 oz brandy
  • ⅔ oz Cointreau
  • ⅔ oz fresh lemon juice

    • Set

  • glass: cocktail
  • shaker

    • Go!

  • Pour ingredients into shaker.
  • Shake and strain into glass.
