Balsamic Glaze for Lamb

Rack of lamb with a rich, glossy sauce garnished with herbs and peppercorns on a white plate, perfect for a gourmet recipe.

This is a wonderful glaze for when you are making lamb. I especially love it with rack of lamb, but it goes with well with any cut.

  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • ¾ cup balsamic vinegar
  • ½ cup red wine
  • 2 Tbsp brown sugar
  • 1 Tbsp minced rosemary
  • 2 Tbsp red peppercorns,crushed
  • Small sauce pan
  • Add glaze ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer until mixture thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
  • Brush on lamb before cooking, while cooking and after cooking.
