Banana maple cream dream (with fruit)

Pancakes topped with caramelized bananas, fresh berries, and a scoop of vanilla ice cream, drizzled with syrup.

My dad, my sister Eliza and I made a scrumptious pudding. It was one of the best pancake dishes I have ever had. It’s sweet and you can use cream or ice cream, depending on which you prefer.

  • Pancakes (we had ready-made ones, but you can make your own although that’s a different recipe)
  • Banana
  • A bit of butter
  • Maple Syrup
  • Ice cream or cream
  • Summer berries (I used raspberries and blueberries, but you can use whatever you like)
  • Frying pan
  • Heat your pancakes (or make them!).
  • In the pan, melt the butter and lay in the banana which you have sliced.
  • Fry for about 30 seconds and then turn them over for another 30 seconds.
  • Lay them on the pancakes and you can also drip the melted butter over them.
  • Sprinkle the berries over the pancakes.
  • Put a dollop of ice cream (or cream) on the pancakes and pour over the maple syrup (I use loads).
  • That’s all there is to it. Make sure you brush your teeth very well afterwards.
  • If you are not allergic, it’s really tasty to sprinkle chopped nuts over the dish (like walnuts, for example).
