This is a great digestive after a nice meal.

1 oz brandy
1 oz port wine (I prefer a tawny port)
1 tsp Cointreau
3-4 dashes Angostura bitters
Ice
Set
Brandy snifter
Cocktail shaker with strainer
Go!
Shake all ingredients with ice.
Strain into glass.
Enjoy.
