Creamy Blue Cheese Dip

This dip is right at home straddling buffalo wings or enrobing fresh garden crudités.

Makes about 1 cup.

Ready

  • ⅔ sour cream
  • ⅓ cup mayonnaise
  • 4 Tbsp minced celery
  • 1 tbsp minced scallions
  • ¼ lb crumbled blue cheese
  • Several drops of hot sauce or to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
