Refreshing tequila sunrise cocktail garnished with an orange slice, cherry, and mint leaf, with fresh oranges and a shaker in the background.

This drink was created to celebrate the opening of the Myer’s Rum Distillary (1879), Jamica.

Ready

  • 1 ¾ oz Myer’s dark rum
  • 5 ½ oz orange juice
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • 2 dashes of Grenadine
  • 1 dash gomme syrup or caster sugar
  • orange slices
  • Maraschino cherries

    • Set

  • glass: highball
  • shaker

    • Go!

  • Place all ingredients into shaker.
  • Shake and strain into glass.
  • Garnish with orange slice, cherry and sprig of mint.
