Cut 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken into tiny pieces.
marinate in ½ lime juice, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp garlic powder, ¼ tsp onion powder.
Take 4 bowls, in each bowl:
Put ½ cup of milk in a bowl.
Put ½ cup flour in a bowl.
Put 2 beaten eggs in a bowl.
Put 1 cup bread crumbs in a bowl.
Add, ½ tsp paprika, ½ tsp garlic powder, ¼ onion powder to the bread crumbs for additional flavor.
Start with the first bowl, take a piece of chicken and dip into the milk, then flour, then egg, and last bread crumbs. Continue with each piece of chicken until all are coated.
Put ¼ c of canola oil in a frying pan and heat.
Add the coated chicken pieces and fry until golden on each side.
Place on a paper towel to cool.
