This drink is credited to Proseccheria’s in New York City. This is a great variation of a Bellini. Prosecco is an Italian sparkling wine that is crisp and clean. It’s a bubbly that’s easy on the wallet and without the yeasty processing of champagne, it’s also easy on the body.

Ready

  • 1 ½ oz strawberry nectar *
  • 5 oz prosecco
  • Strawberry for garnish

    • Set

  • Champagne flute
  • Stirrer

    • Go!

  • Pour strawberry nectar into champagne flute.
  • Slowly top with prosecco. Stir gently.
  • Garnish with strawberry.
