Sweet and Sour Mix (sour mix)

Sweet and sour mix is a blend of lemon juice and syrup. It is available at most liquor stores as Daily’s®, Mr & Mrs T®, and Rose’s®. This recipe makes about a 1 pint.

Ready

  • 16 oz Fresh lemon juice
  • 4 Tbsp Simple syrup

    • Set

  • Citrus juicer
  • Container

    • Go!

  • Mix about lemon juice with two tablespoons of simple syrup or to taste (it should be more sour than sweet).
  • Stir to combine and pour into container.
