The ultimate guacamole

Bowl of freshly made guacamole with diced tomatoes, chopped herbs, and tortilla chips, accompanied by lime, tomato, chili, and garlic.

Just like every other guacamole recipe mine is the ultimate.

Ready

  • 2 avocadoes
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1 clove garlic, halved
  • 1 bunch coriander
  • 2 limes
  • 1 red chili, deseeded and chopped
  • Salt
  • Pepper

    • Set

  • Bowl
  • Board
  • Knife

    • Go!

  • Wipe a bowl around with the cut face of the garlic.
  • Chop avoes and add.
  • Add lime juice – in that order!
  • Add seasoning and stir in chopped coriander and chillies.
  • Check seasoning and add tomato.
