I sampled this oil for the first time this morning at Santa Monica’s farmers’ market. This is as pure and as wonderful as it comes.
I had one of those rare experiences where as the oil hit my tongue, I instantly knew how I would be using it in a dozen or more recipes. Tonight it will be with a beet and rocket salad, tomorrow with some fresh spinach and ricotta ravioli, the next day a bowl of it with a French loaf and some cheese… and so on.
