To describe one of these as a grater is to describing the Mona Lisa as a painting. These are engineering masterpieces. No grater grates better than these – something to do with chemical etched blades.

I have the fine/spice grater and it is an absolute joy to grate parmesean, nutmeg and citrus zest. I selected a tool in this range over their other fine products as it has a foot allowing you to rest the base on a surface to keep it steady in use. Be very careful with your fingers, as I am sure these tools will make light work of grating them.
