Aji amarillo chiles

These South American chiles are popular in Peruvian cooking. Also known as “Peruvian Hot Peppers”. These are a very hot yellow chiles with a fruity overtone. The aji amarillo (or yellow peppers) are often ground into a visually striking yellow powder for cooking.
