Chicken schnitzel

The chicken variant of the Wiener Schnitzel. In the US this is called a chicken cutlet.

A chicken breast pounded thin then successively dipped in flower, egg and breadcrumbs. It is deep or shallow fried.

There are many prepackaged versions available, some better than others. As the origin of this dish is German and Austrian, you are pretty likely to find it in the kosher section of your supermarket.
