Cheese

I can’t think of many finer suppers than a loaf of French bread and a plate of cheese (perhaps with a decent bottle of wine thrown in). I have my favorites. My plate would include something English, something French, something blue and a small piece of something very smelly. I thought it might be interesting to get some feedback on what constitutes the perfect cheese plate, if there is such a thing. What’s on yours?
