Spicy Mousse

I’m making chocolate mousse this weekend (by popular demand) and I’m thinking about spicing it up a little. I’ve tasted chocolate with a hint of chili pepper in them and I’m wondering if I can do the same with the mousse.

Maybe someone has done this before and can tell me how.

I would say try it and see! I bet it would be fantastic. Why not try soaking the chillies in a little balsamic vinegar first just to soften them a little.
