These dumplings go with the Chicken Paprikas recipe also in this book.

Ready

  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 egg
  • ¼ to ⅓ cup water

Set

  • Saucepan

Go

  1. Combine flour and egg.
  2. Add enough water to flour and egg mixture so that it is smooth, but when stirred dough pulls away from itself.
  3. Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  4. With a teaspoon, put a small amount of dough into a pot of boiling water.
  5. Cook about 5 minutes or until dumplings come to the top.
  6. Strain and serve.
