Dumplings

These dumplings go with the Chicken Paprikas recipe also in this book.
Ready
- 1 cup flour
- 1 egg
- ¼ to ⅓ cup water
Set
- Saucepan
Go
- Combine flour and egg.
- Add enough water to flour and egg mixture so that it is smooth, but when stirred dough pulls away from itself.
- Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
- With a teaspoon, put a small amount of dough into a pot of boiling water.
- Cook about 5 minutes or until dumplings come to the top.
- Strain and serve.
