There’s nothing like a holiday gathering with family to send one screaming for the cocktail cabinet. So why not kick your holiday feast off with a festive pumpkin cocktail that will whet their appetites and get them talking about good times instead of criticizing the food.
Ready
- 2 parts vanilla vodka
- 1 part Bailey’s Irish cream
- 1 part pumpkin spice syrup
- crushed graham crackers (garnish for rim)
Set
- Cocktail shaker
- Martini glasses
- Food processor
- 2 small plates
Go
- Chill cocktail glasses in freezer.
- Process graham crackers into a fine powder and pour onto a small plate.
- Pour a few drops of spiced syrup into the second plate.
- Remove chilled glasses, wet the rims by rolling them in the spiced syrup.
- Gently roll the rims in the crushed graham crackers.
- Add vodka, Bailey’s, spiced syrup and ice to cocktail shaker.
- Cover and shake.
- Pour into graham crackers rimmed glasses.
- Serve and enjoy.

Not only is this a fun drink, but the Pumpkintini is actually really good too. We made them for our guests last year and had a terrific time. Silly as it sounds the the Pumpkintini is now a holiday classic in our family.

Great drink to serve on Halloween and Thanksgiving. But best to have a proper cocktail ready to shake for the second round.
