The condiment Vegeta originated in Croatia and is also popular in Poland. It a great all around spice, but do not use too much as it has a strong flavor. The ingredients of include: dehydrated vegetables (carrot, parsnip, onions, celery, parsley leaves) as well as a secret combination of additional spices.

Vegeta first came onto the market in Croatia in 1957 and became popular in many eastern bloc countries and is now sold in over 30 countries around the world.
