I am a former marketing executive turned chef and caterer. I co-authored “Everyday Chinese Cooking” and co-hosted the national 13-part PBS Chinese cooking series, “Double Happiness,” with my mother Leeann Chin.

We have made numerous appearances on The Today Show and have done specials for The Food Network and Fine Living Network. I have been featured in Elle Magazine, Self Magazine, CNN Radio Network, Cooking Light, Glamour Magazine, Family Circle, Angeleno Magazine, LA Daily News, Daily Candy, The Los Angeles Times and Daily Variety. And still sometimes I feel like a posticker poser.
