Chocolate. Sweet. Good. Easy. Quick.

I always have problems in making desserts. Let´s be honest, I am just not too good at it. So I am always looking for easy to make desserts, and hoping the results looks and tastes superb, and still my guest find it impressive. Here is one of those recipes. Hope oyu will enjoy it. I am Dutch, so the ingredients are in grams…
Ready
- 200 gram dark chocolate
- 150 gram butter
- 200 gram Digestive biscuits
- ½ cup of (espresso) coffee (50ml)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar/essence
- icing sugar
- silver foil
Set
- pan
- bowl
- spoon
Go
- break chocolate into pieces. Put the chocolate and the butter in a pan and melt it slowly.
- Crumble the biscuits.
- When the chocolate is melted, add the vanilla sugar/essence and the coffee.
- Add the chocolate to the biscuit crumbs and mix carefully.
- Put the mix aside and let it stiffen a bit.
- Put the mix on the silver foil and roll it up into a roll of around 6 centimeters thick.
- Put it into the fridge to stiffen it completely (takes at least 1 hour).
- Cut slices and put it on a plate. Cover it with icing sugar.
- If you wish, add whipped cream and / or icecream.
