Apicius Magazine (English Edition)

This magazine is designed for professional chefs or culinary enthusiasts. Apicius was first published five years ago in Spain. The magazine then translated in Italian, Japanese, and Deutch. For the first time, we are proud to co-publish this magazine in English. The first edition is going to be in December/January 2009. Limited to 2000 copies.

We just received the proof of the magazine yesterday. Some of the articles are from Heston Blumenthal (Fat Duck), Wylie Dufresne (WD-50), Pierre Herme, etc. The magazine comes with recipe from chefs. The pictures are way better than art culinaire or any other food magazine. The subscription is $125/year + shipping.
