Egg yolks

Anyone have a recipe that uses egg yolks without the whites? Just made a batch of meringues and am left with 4 spare yokes. Shame to waste them.

And if you want a meal, how about spaghetti Carbonara with a casear salad on the side (the dressing uses egg yolks if you are making your own mayo). This may require more than four yokes though so perhaps you can make some more meringues.

Egg yolks = ice cream

Whenever I have extra egg yolks I start thinking ice cream. Try some of these:
Ice Cream Base (French Custard Base), Fresh mint ice cream, Ice cream the easy way,
Granted if you don’t have one already, the additional cost of the ice cream maker may outweigh the cost of the lost yolks. But is sure is tasty
