Banana Bread

Our family loves this banana bread for breakfast, snacks, and desserts!
Ready
- 2 cups sugar
- 1 cup margarine
- 6 ripe bananas
- 4 eggs
- 2 ½ cups flour
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp baking soda
Set
- 2 mixing bowls
- 2 bread pans
Go
- In large bowl, cream sugar and margarine.
- In small bowl, mash the bananas.
- Add the eggs, beaten, to the bananas.
- Add the banana-egg mixture to the ingredients in the large mixing bowl.
- Add the flour, salt, and baking soda.
- Fold together the ingredients - do not overmix.
- Bake in 2 greased bread pans at 325°F for 50-60 minutes.

We made this banana bread this past weekend. The kids loved it eating it as much as they loved helping to make it. Instead of margarine we used butter. — yumm!
