Tzatkiki Sauce

This sauce is great for dipping chicken, vegetables, and Lebanese bread to name but a few. It’s a favorite for holiday parties and buffets and is quick and easy to prepare.
Ready
- ½ cup cucumber, peeled, seeded and shredded
- ½ cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 -2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Set
- Bowl
- Spoon or spatula
Go
- Combine cucumber, yogurt, lemon juice, salt, pepper and garlic in a bowl.
- Stir well.
- Serve.
This is really good. I used fresh goat’s milk yougurt from a nearby dairy.
