Sweet and sour mix is a blend of lemon juice and syrup. It is available at most liquor stores as Daily’s®, Mr & Mrs T®, and Rose’s®. This recipe makes about a 1 pint.

• 16 oz Fresh lemon juice
• 4 Tbsp Simple syrup

Set

• Citrus juicer
• Container

Go

1. Mix about lemon juice with two tablespoons of simple syrup or to taste (it should be more sour than sweet).
2. Stir to combine and pour into container.
