Sidecar (traditional)

Attributed to Harry of Harry’s New York Bar, Paris, France. Named for a Captain that arrived in a chauffer-driven motorcycle with sidecar, just after the First World War.
Ready
- 1 oz brandy
- ⅔ oz Cointreau
- ⅔ oz fresh lemon juice
Set
- glass: cocktail
- shaker
Go
- Pour ingredients into shaker.
- Shake and strain into glass.

If you are lucky enough to access to some fresh myer lemons then you have to try this Meyer Sidecar. It adjusts to the sweetness of the lemon and takes this amazing recipe to a whole new level.
