I tend to be particular about a good cup of coffee. I drink mine black as sin and dark as night with nothing added. Just as important is comfortable place to drink it. There are enough Starbucks but, I like the smaller more personal shops. When I first move to this area, I toured the local coffee shops trying coffees and sitting to get the “feel” of the places. This is the one that I chose.

The coffee is brewed on premises and the roasters (Gretchen and Adam) are more than willing to answer your questions about the process. The staff and atmosphere is friendly and comfortable. They have a good range of coffee, tea, drinks, pastries, sandwiches, and chocolate. So, if you are in this neck of the woods, spend a day in historic Ellicott City and start at Bean Hollow.
