Prosecco

This is a light sparkling italian wine wine made from the Prosecco grape in the Conegliano/Valdobbiadene region. Prosecco is made using the Charmat method rather than the Champagne method (méthode champenoise). If you easily get a headache (from the wine not the quantity) from the yeast fermentation of Champage method, this is a great alternative because this wine spends a short, second fermentation in pressurized tanks preserving the flavor and freshness of the grapes. This has a great price point that doesn’t break the budget.
