Chipolte Honey-Lime Butter

This has to be one of my all time favorites for slathering on fresh corn.
Ready
- ¼ cup butter, at room temperature
- 2 tablespoons honey*
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- ¼ teaspoon freshly grated lime zest
- ½ teaspoon minced chipotle pepper in adobo sauce
- ½ teaspoon kosher salt
Set
- Bowl
- Spoon
- Pastry brush
Go
- Combine all ingredients in bowl.
- Stir to combine
What you should know
For a different twist, substitute maple syrup for honey.
