I couldn’t agree more. I love my serrated peeler. I just made two apple pies and boy did this make the process easy. Every cook should have this in their kitchen be it for apple pie, mashed potatoes or even for shaving chocolate for garnishes.

Having been trained by a Korean mom to perfectly peel fruit to serve after dinner, I absolutely second this recommendation. This tool peels apples, papaya and Asian pears so efficiently that very little flesh ends up being discarded.
