For many, Easter is about so much more than bunnies and candy. It is a time of renewal, a religious festival and a time when the family comes together, invariably round the dining-room table. Here are menu options to guide you to the perfect Easter meal.

Leg of lamb is one of my favorite dishes to make for family gatherings. It is delicious, relatively easy to make and feeds ten to fifteen people. I love the Balsamic Glaze for Lamb, but you can substitute your favorite glaze and truth be told - salt and pepper will be really good too.
