I don’t have much time to cook during the week, but weekends you will find me in at the farmers’ markets, in the kitchen and preparing meals for my wife and friends. Saturday night dinner parties are our way of relaxing after a busy week. The preparation is half the fun. Sunday’s are for preparing meals to get me through the week.
