Bean sprout, blackberry and avocado salad

Is this fusion food? Somewhere between Asia and South America with a stop off in England? Has all this recipe publishing got me all fancy and chefy?
Who cares? This is a great hearty yet light salad with a wonderful combination of fresh flavors.
Quantities given are per person.
Ready
- 2 handfuls very fresh bean sprouts
- 1 handful rocket (arugula)
- 1 handful blackberries
- ½ avocado, diced
- lime and sesame dressing
Set
- mixing bowl
- tongs
Go
- Place all the ingredients in a mixing bowl and turn over gently, ensuring an even coating of the dressing.
- Transfer to plates using tongs, putting the heavier blackberries and avocado on top of the sprouts and leaves.
What you should know
For a more substantial main course salad, throw on some sliced grilled chicken or duck breast.
