This is a signature drink at the famous Bellagio Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada.

Ready

• 1 oz. Capitan Morgan’s® Spiced Rum
• ½ oz. Orange Curacao
• ½ oz. Lime Juice
• ½ oz. Sweet & Sour
• Cinnamon sugar

Set

• Cocktail shaker
• Cocktail glass
• Plate

Go

1. Combine everything in a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Rim cocktail glass by wetting rim of glass with lime juice then placing a small amount of cinnamon sugar on plate, invert glass and move glass in circles until sugar attaches to rim.
3. Shake well and strain into a prpared cocktail glass.
