This is a wonderful glaze for when you are making lamb. I especially love it with rack of lamb, but it goes with well with any cut.
Ready
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- ¾ cup balsamic vinegar
- ½ cup red wine
- 2 Tbsp brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp minced rosemary
- 2 Tbsp red peppercorns,crushed
Set
- Small sauce pan
Go
- Add glaze ingredients into a small saucepan and bring to boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until mixture thickens, about 10-15 minutes.
- Brush on lamb before cooking, while cooking and after cooking.
This is a great glaze. Just had it on some lamb leg steaks. Brush on the glaze, slap ‘m on the grill — lovely.
