Hot Sesame & Garlic Dip

This is a great dip for vegetables, bread, and chips. Makes skant 1 cup.

Ready

  • 1 tsp corn oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp Tahini
  • ¾ cup plain yogurt
  • 2 Tbsp chives, chopped

Set

  • Saucepan
  • Wooden spoon

Go

  1. Heat oil in saucepan.
  2. Add garlic, chili powder, and salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Cook 2 –3 minutes or until garlic softens.
  4. Remove from heat, add tahini and yogurt and stir to mix.
  5. Return to heat and cook for another 1-2 minutes without bringing to a boil.
  6. Remove and stir in chives.
  7. Serve.
