Feta and Walnut Dip

This dip of salty, pungent feta pairs great with the flavor of walnuts. Use with vegetables, crackers, or Lebanese bread. This recipe makes about 2 cups.
Ready
- ½ pound feta cheese
- 2 Tbsp olive oil
- ⅔ cup milk
- 1 cup walnuts (meats only)
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
- 2 Tbsp minced parsley
Set
- Food Processor
- Spatula
- Bowl for serving
Go
- Drain feta.
- Place drained feta and remaining ingredients in food processor and process until smooth (the nuts will make this somewhat grainy).
- Let stand 1 hour before serving.
