Mother's Day Menus
Of all the holidays, Mother’s Day is probably the most deserved. Here’s an opportunity not just to do right by mom but to get the whole family involved in preparing a special meal. Whether you are going to surprise her with breakfast in bed or cook a fancy dinner here are some menu suggestions to get you started.

Mom will likely forgive your youthful transgressions after you serve her this breakfast delight
menu: Baked Caramel French Toast, Fresh Squeezed Orange Juice, and a pot of Hot Tea on the side.
There are few things more relaxing for Mom than a lazy Sunday brunch — provided someone else is doing the dishes.
Menu: Tropical Curried Chicken Salad with a San Valentino cocktail and delightfully fragrant Gingerbread Cake.
Okay, here’s a simple menu for those of you who haven’t helped Mom in the kitchen all year and need to make amends for you culinary neglect.
Menu: Eggs over easy on English muffin, Fresh Fruit, Orange Juice, No Bake Cookies
If the sun is out and the weather is agreeable then why not plan a backyard barbecue. Mom will be singing your praises from first bite to last.
Menu: Summer flank steak, French Fries and a nice Blue moon rocket salad. Consider a Mint Julep on the side and Fresh mint ice cream for dessert.
If you want to go all out, here’s a menu guaranteed to please. Leave yourself plenty of time to prepare.
Menu: Rack of Lamb with Balsamic, Rosemary, and Pink Peppercorn Glaze, Beans Almondine, Mum’s roast potatoes and polish off the evening with some Chocolate mousse that is guaranteed to earn you brownie points for a long time to come.
For those of you who have been naughty more often than nice and working Mom’s last nerve for longer than you care to admit, here’s yor opportunity to make amends
Menu: Bloody Mary, English Bangers and Mash, Chocolate mousse with a Tequila chaser!
